1. Advisory / Consultation Sessions

• Advisory sessions are scheduled in advance and time is reserved exclusively for you.
• Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
• Sessions cancelled within 24 hours or missed without notice are non-refundable.
• No-shows are treated as completed sessions.

2. Fixed-Price & Execution Support Services

• Fixed-price and execution services are scoped and initiated based on confirmed requirements.
• Once work has commenced, fees are non-refundable.
• If a refund is requested before execution begins, it may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Work completed up to the date of cancellation remains chargeable.

We reserve the right to deduct fees corresponding to time, effort, and resources already invested.

3. Memberships / Subscriptions

• Membership or subscription fees are billed in advance.
• Fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
• You may cancel future renewals at any time to avoid further charges.

4. Force Majeure

Refunds or rescheduling may be considered in cases of events beyond reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Serious illness or emergencies

Such cases are evaluated at our sole discretion.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:

• Immediate suspension of services
• Denial of future service requests
